How an order is made

Prices shown on the website are an indication for the size and finish selected and do not include delivery. Your written quote is the binding figure. Payment is by invoice — a proforma invoice for the 50% deposit, and a second invoice for the balance before dispatch.

You send an enquiry using the Contact us to order button or by email. We reply with a written quotation setting out the final price, delivery cost, and an estimated completion date. A contract is formed when you accept that quotation in writing and pay the deposit — not before.

Payment

A deposit of 50% confirms the order and places it in the workshop queue. The balance is due before the piece is dispatched. Payment is by bank transfer unless agreed otherwise. Ownership passes to you on receipt of full payment.

Prices

Prices are in euros. We may change published prices at any time, but the price in your written quotation is the price you pay, provided you accept it within 30 days.

Made to order

Every piece is built to your chosen specification after you order. Please read Returns & Cancellations before ordering — it explains what this means for your right to cancel.

The material

Solid oak is a natural material. Grain, colour and figure vary between boards and between pieces, and timber moves slightly with humidity and season. Photographs on this site show real pieces, but yours will not be identical to them. This variation is a property of solid timber, not a defect.

Lead times

Estimated completion dates are given in good faith and are usually met. They are estimates, not guarantees. If a piece is going to be significantly delayed we will tell you as soon as we know.

Liability

Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Lithuanian and EU law. We are responsible for the piece being as described and free from manufacturing defects; we are not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable placement, accidents, or failure to follow the care guidance supplied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If something goes wrong, write to us first — we would far rather resolve it directly. Consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
